Eden grew from hands-on experience across holiday homes, real estate, design, buildings, guests and daily operations — and from seeing exactly where owners are often underserved.
Eden Escapes was built from more than 10 years of real experience working across Dubai’s holiday-home, rental, real-estate, design and property-management environment.
We have worked with owners, guests, buildings, management teams and service providers from the inside. That experience showed us how easily a good property can lose potential when design, operations and owner communication are treated as separate jobs.
So we built Eden around a simple idea: treat every property with the same attention we would give our own.
Eden is founder-led and deliberately hands-on. We believe the strength of a family business is accountability: both founders stay close to the property, the owner relationship and the daily decisions behind the result.
That means thinking beyond a listing. We look at the home’s identity, furnishing, rental position, guest journey, building requirements, maintenance, presentation and the relationship with the owner as one connected product.
