Eden Escapes was born from more than 10 years of real experience inside Dubai’s holiday home, rental, design and property management market.
After years of working with different companies, owners, guests, buildings and operations across Dubai, we saw the same pattern again and again: beautiful properties were often treated like numbers, owners were left without enough attention, and apartments with strong potential were launched without the right design, positioning or care.
We built Eden Escapes to do things differently.
Our team understands the business from the inside — from furnishing and styling to guest experience, building coordination, management systems, maintenance follow-up and owner communication. We know what works, what fails, what guests remember and what owners need to feel safe handing over their property.
We are owners too, so we understand the emotional and financial value of a home. Our goal is to care for every property as if it were our own, build long-term relationships with owners and investors, and focus on quality rather than quantity.
